Shipping Policy – Vibhara

At Vibhara, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, and related terms.

All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

  1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe delivery across India.

Estimated delivery times:

Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days

Remote/Interior Locations: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, strikes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

  1. Shipping Charges

Free shipping may be available on selected orders or promotions.

If applicable, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

  1. Payment & COD

All payments must be made online through secure payment gateways available on our website.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any orders.

  1. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email/SMS.

Orders can be tracked on the courier partner’s website using the tracking number provided.

  1. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Vibhara is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, natural calamities, or other events beyond our control.

In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.

  1. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.

International shipping may be introduced in the future and will be updated in this policy.
