At Vibhara, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be provided.
- No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns on any jewelry items once purchased.
Customers are requested to carefully review product details, sizes, and designs before placing an order.
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
A clear unboxing video (recorded from the start of package opening without any cuts or edits) must be provided as proof.
Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
- Refund Process
Once your claim is verified and approved, the refund will be processed to your original mode of payment.
Refunds will typically take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
Partial refunds or replacements may be provided in special cases at the discretion of Vibhara.
- Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase.
Incorrect selection of product size, design, or style by the customer.
Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to photography, screen resolution, or natural gemstone/jewelry characteristics.
Claims without a valid unboxing video.
- Order Cancellations
Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled or modified by the customer.
In rare cases where an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, Vibhara reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
